This is looking really good, and a very interesting summary of several visual representation styles.
It is a pity that you could not get the NZ Govt roadmap to work - I think it illustrates an important point that is lost on most of the other styles, which is that the future state is multi-faceted and it is helpful (for some audiences) to describe the future in terms that are real and show a clear difference to today's state. We have used this format (in portrait orientation) recently for the summary of our new ICT Strategic Plan. I am keen to experiment with some of your other suggestions as well, as they may communicate the ideas better to different audiences.
A suggestion for improvement might be to incorporate some overarching design and communication principles. You touch on this on the last page but I think this could be enriched significantly.
