This looks great. Unfortunately I missed this while this was originally being compiled. My team worked on the NZ Government Roadmap, as well as the Directions & Priorities for Government ICT http://ict.govt.nz/directions-and-priorities/about-directions-and-priorities - if it is just the format of the roadmap that is an issue perhaps we could see if there is an alternative landscape version that could be contributed?
